At W.CEAL, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable. Since our moissanite jewelry is custom-made based on your design and size preferences, Production and delivery typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We encourage you to double-check your specifications before placing an order. Once confirmed, a 20% products sale price fee will apply in the following cases:

Return the items is not because item defective and incorrect.
Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, over 7 days the items would be non-returnable or replace

Eligible Returns: Defective or incorrect items will be refunded (including return shipping costs) after inspection.

How to Return

Submit a return request via email or WhatsApp (W.CEAL) within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll email return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the item back securely—you cover return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility:
The cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
Specific Returns Conditions
When making returns, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. Jewelry is personal accessory, If you request return after 7 days cooling days, we can't recept return.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund the returned items. Please note that W.CEAL will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return shipping charges.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Deposit Payment Purchases: Items not fully paid at the time of purchase.

Custom or Modified Items: Including engraved, resized, custom-made jewelry, all types of earrings, and men’s wedding rings.

Specially Requested Stones: fancy-colored Lab-grow diamonds, moissinate, and gemstones sourced at the customer’s request.

Special Orders or Altered Items: Items not in stock at the time of the order or altered to fulfill an order.

Discounted or Price-Matched Items: Items purchased at discounted rates or under price-matching agreements.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.
